4. Educational Content and Services

• All quiz questions, practice tests, and study materials are provided for educational purposes only
• While we employ rigorous quality control, we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy of all content
• Embedded educational videos, images, and reference materials are used under fair use doctrine
• Content may be updated, modified, or removed without prior notice to maintain educational standards
• Premium features and subscriptions are subject to specific terms outlined during purchase

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• OrcusPrep retains all ownership rights to the platform, original content, and proprietary systems
• User-generated content in forums remains the intellectual property of the respective users

• Ad content is generated by third parties and not endorsed by OrcusPrep
• We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of advertisers
• Third-party links and resources are provided for convenience without endorsement
