- Refund available only if no substantial usage occurred
- Partial refunds for unused periods are not offered
- Subscription cancellations stop future billing but don't qualify for past period refunds
- Auto-renewal can be disabled anytime from your account settings

Token Packs and AI Usage Tokens:
- Refund available only if tokens are completely unused
- Partially used token packs are not eligible for refund
